PAULINE DAIGNEAULT (published on December 04, 2007)



PAULINE DAIGNEAULT 1915 - 2007 Peacefully, on Saturday, December 1, 2007 at the Beacon Hill Lodge, Pauline Daigneault passed away at the age of 93 years. She was predeceased by her second husband Joe Daigneault in 1984 and her sister Mary Tesluk in 1998. Pauline will be lovingly remembered by her beloved daughter Barbara (Bill) Golebeski of Pinawa, MB; grandsons, Shelley (Elviera) of Calgary, Scott (Moni) of Virginia, great-grandson Justin; great-granddaughter Brittany; first cousin ~ who was like a sister to Pauline, Anne Rosyln of Winnipeg, and granddog Rukus, as well as numerous other family members here and abroad. Pauline loved her bingo. She was known to be a homebody until she met Joe. He turned her into an outdoors lady, who appreciated the art of fishing, especially at Lockport. She was known to be a hard worker, who was feisty and very independent. Pauline's family was not huge but she never missed a birthday or a special occasion. She was known as Nana . Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 6, 2007 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint). A gathering of family and friends will follow in the reception centre. Special thanks to the wonderful staff of Beacon Hill, in particular a special thanks to Mary on the 3rd floor.
