| AUGUSTA STACH (nee KEEPER) Augusta Stach passed away peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg on December 19, 2007 at the age of 76 years with her family by her side. Augusta leaves behind to mourn, her loving husband Teofil; her five children, Larry, Loretta, Marlene (George), Ronald and Donna; and grandchildren, Lenny and Kyle. Augusta has a very large extended family and will be sadly missed by all of them. Whether it was for a few days or for several years, Augusta, with Teofil by her side, lovingly served as foster mom and dad to 186 children in her home community, never once turning away a child in need. Augusta was predeceased by her mother Jane and sister Jemimah. As per Augusta's wishes, prayers and wake services will be held from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. on Sunday December 23, 2007 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, followed by a celebration of her life at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 24, 2007 at Glen Eden Funeral Home.
