| ERNEST AUDETTE Ernest passed away on September 11, 2008 at St. Boniface Hospital, following a stroke. He is survived by his wife Aline (Courcelles); his daughters Gisèle Okrusko (David, Danielle and Kendra), Lisa and friend Carlos, Nicole Forsyth (David) and Joanne Cyr (Gary); his sons Jacques, Luc (Monique Brunette, Natalie and André). He also leaves his brothers Henri, Oscar (Lauriana); his sisters Marguerite Courcelles (Omer), Eveline Rocan (Maurice), Simone Mailhot (Camille), Madeleine Gagné (Gilles), Hélène Labelle (Edmond), Léonne Lischynski (Frank) and Edmée Himmrich; his brothers-in-law Omer (Marguerite), Emilien (Jeanette), Louis (Thelma); his sisters-in-law Alice Carrière (Denis) and Olive; numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends. He was predeceased by his brother Antoine. Ernest was born on November 13, 1928 and raised in St. Pierre-Jolys. He was a farmer for a number of years. Later he started his own company, Ernie's Plumbing and Heating. After he retired, he devoted many hours for the Club Jolys . He loved travelling, golfing, gardening, woodworking and reading western books. Funeral mass will be celebrated at the St. Eugene Roman Catholic Church, 1007 St. Mary's Road in St. Vital on Monday, September 15, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Fr. Marcel Carrière will celebrate the mass.
