He was an outgoing individual who made many long lasting friendships along life's path. Jake's funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7 at 1:00 p.m. in the Bethel Mennonite Church, 465 Stafford Street at Carter Avenue. The family would like to thank the staff and volunteers at the Grace Hospice for their compassion and caring.
