| NORMAN PERCY GEORGESON It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of Norman Percy Georgeson - dear father, grandfather and great grandfather, on January 9, 2009 at the age of 82 years. Norman was predeceased by his loving wife Margaret in 1984 and daughter Patricia in 1994. He will be missed and lovingly remembered by his children Norma (Terry) Alexander, Paulette Donaldson, Angela (Larry) Salamacha; grandchildren Adam, Kim (Neil), Trisha (Chris), Danielle, Jacqueline (Mitch), Paula, Percy (Carrie), Bethany (Shane), Casey (Christie), Shannon (Cam), Crystal (Shawn), Kurtis (Jocelyn) and great-grandchildren Darien, Regan, Kyra, Andrew, Brooke, Erika, Owen, Abigail, Alexander, Coree, Jessie, Aurora, Ashlynn, Rachel, Chaice, Draven, Keiran, Sharleigh, Robyn, Katie, Haley and Nathan. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters Esther, Walter (Lyla), Clarence, Margaret, Ole and many nieces and nephews. Norman was born in Winnipeg on August 15, 1926 and lived in Winnipeg most of his life. As a young man he joined the CNR where he worked as a carman until he retired at age 58. He loved playing cards with his children and grandchildren and playing guitar and singing. He also enjoyed visiting with his children at their cottages in the summer. He enjoyed his time spent with Alfie and the gang. Memorial service to take place, Thursday January 15, 2009 11:00 a.m., Abundant Life Baptist Church, 1396 Plessis Road.
