ARTHUR MOORE (published on January 16, 2009)

ARTHUR MOORE Remaining to see his memory alive are his son Art (Sue), his grandchildren Patrick, Matthew (Janice) and Virginia (Randy) Keppler. His great-grandchildren Jorgia, Harrison, Carson and Avery. His step-grandchildren Lindsay (Derek), Michael and step-great-grandchild Hayden. He was very proud of them all. Art also leaves behind his sisters Nellie, Winnie and Joyce (Mo) and brother Alf (Esther) along with numerous nieces and nephews. Art was predeceased by his parents Arthur and Mary, his sisters Ethel, Margie and Doris and brother Fred. The love of his life his wife Anne passed away on April 12, 1994 after 54 years of marriage. Art worked for Coca Cola for 45 years advancing his career through unparalleled dedication and loyalty. After spending 50 years in his home in River Heights he chose to move to Metropolitan Kiwanis Courts where he met friends and an extremely wonderful caring staff. We would like to thank them very much, as well the staff at Dialysis at Health Science Centre and the Sherbrook location for their care and attention. In lieu of flowers, donations to Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation, Suite 200 - 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6 or Kidney Foundation of Canada, Unit 1 - 452 Dovercourt Drive, Winnipeg, MB, R3Y 1G4 are appreciated. At Art's request there will be no funeral service, however his family invites his friends to share in the celebration of his life at Metropolitan Kiwanis Courts at 2300 Ness Ave., Saturday, January 17 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
