VICTORIA ANN JANUSZEWSKI It is with great sadness that the family of Victoria Ann Januszewski (Vicky) announces her passing after a brief battle with cancer. On Thursday, January 22, 2009, at the age of 61 years, Vicky quietly passed away at the Ste. Anne Hospital with family at her side. Vicky was born May 16, 1947 in Winnipeg, MB. Vicky will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 42 years, Zygfryd (Ziggy) and their children, Steven (Susanne), Edwin (Colleen) and Kathy (Julie). Vicky will also be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her five grandchildren, Jessica, Jordon, Justin, Kayla and Tyler. Cherished by her brothers and sisters, Judy, Frank, Dennis, and Edith. Anxiously joined in Heaven by her Parents Colin and Kathleen MacPhail, grandson Jesse, Walter and Sandra MacPhail, brother-in-law Jack, Aunt Nellie and Uncle Jack and her sister Diane. Forever remembered by all of her closest friends she loved so dearly. Heaven has welcomed an angel with wings of laughter. Vicky's infectious laugh was known by all of her family and her dearest friends. Finding the fun in every situation was her passion. If you were witness to her sneaky smile , you could be guaranteed that belly aching laughter was close behind. Vicky maintained her unique sense of humor through her final days. The family would sincerely like to express their appreciation for the efforts and caring nature of the nursing staff and doctors of the Yuma Regional Medical Center, Grace Hospital, Health Sciences Center, Steinbach Bethesda Hospital, Ste Anne Hospital, Winnipeg Cancer Care and Dr. Duval. Your occupations are faced with unlimited challenges; however your actions and loving concern have positively impacted the hearts of Vicky and our family. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Monday, January 26, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. at the Dayspring Fellowship Church in Ste. Anne, Manitoba under the care of family friend, Pastor Dennis Dunlop. Post Cremation.
