| DENNIS CURRIE RODGERS October 18, 1933 - February 4, 2009 With great sorrow we announce the peaceful passing of Dennis Rodgers on February 4, 2009 in Winnipeg with his family by his side. He leaves to cherish his memory: his sons Larry (Shirly), David, (Holly) Patrick, Jeff (Karen), Jason (Angel), Lance and his daughter Bonnie (Steve) grandchildren David, Mark, Gerry, Katrina, Magan, Dennis, Jason, Tommy, Natasha, Rainey, Brandyn, Jaden, Cole, Jordan, Joshua, Jonathon, Caroline, Breana and one great-grandson Syelis. He is also survived by his sister Betty and Maryanne. He was predeceased by his father David, mother Mary, sisters Louise, Bobby, Brother Tommy, grandson Sheldon and the mothers of his children, Caroline, Edna and Marylin. Dennis was born in Sanford, MB. He loved the outdoors, fishing, camping, boating and driving around with his granddaughters Katrina and Magan. His happiest moments were being with family. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel.
