He had been residing in Fort St. John, BC prior to passing away on February 1, 2009, at the age of 73 years. Ken is survived by his wife, Helene and three children, Kimberley June Bramhill, Corinne Dawn Alexander (Neil) and Lianna Loewen. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Dustin and Shawn Bramhill, Crystal Auger (Josh), Amber Alexander, Braiden Kenneth Ryers, and great-grandchild Tylor Auger. Ken worked in the Plumbing and Heating Industry as a service man. He then worked his way up and decided to take his Power Engineering at the University of Manitoba and graduated from there with his 4th and 5th Class tickets. We then moved to Fort St. John, BC where he worked in the hospital as a Power Engineer for five years. There he received his 3rd class Power Engineering ticket. He then went to work for Westcoast Energy for 16 years, retired and went back to work three years later at Independent Plumbing and Heating. He continued to work there for three years, up until the time he became sick. Ken wasn't the type of person to sit down. He was active in volunteer work, curling, golfing, hunting, fishing, etc. Ken lived for his family and was extremely proud of them. There are not enough words to acknowledge the wonderful husband, father, and grandfather that he was. He will always live in our hearts. He will be deeply missed by all. We love him and wish him a safe journey. God Bless. Our Family Our family is a circle Without beginning or an end Always bending, Never breaking In love we can depend. Love holds us together As in life We travel round From one generation To another Years of love we Handed down When crisis comes upon us And pulls us end to end. If Christ is in our center We know that we will mend. So remember in this family You are a special part Of a love that starts with God And lives within your heart.
