| DOREEN LILLIAN (LISSEL) WARRINGTON 1939 - 2009 Our mother passed peacefully in her home with family. She fought a three year battle with cancer in the same manner as she greeted each day, with acceptance, a view that the glass was always half full and that a silver lining on the storm cloud was simply around the corner. In the words of her grandchildren, Jennah and Evan (Lay), and Connor (Warrington), she was exciting, she was amazing, and she was inspirational. She was an accomplished real estate agent in both Winnipeg and Vancouver. Doreen was born in Saskatchewan alongside three younger brothers, Howard (deceased), Earl and Dale. For Doreen, there was always a world waiting to be explored. Our mother was brave, accepting and courageous. Doreen was the mother to Vaughn and Charlene. A celebration of our mother's life will take place on Friday, February 13, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. at Langara Golf Course, Vancouver, BC.
