| JOSEPH LEONARD ARMAND COTE April 28, 1935 - February 27, 2009 Following a two-month struggle with leukemia, the family sadly announce his sudden death Friday, February 27, 2009 at Riverview Health Centre. He will be forever remembered by his wife June of 49 years, sons Garth, Mark (Sandra), daughter Karen (Gary), grandchildren Nachelle and Macauley Cooper, Caroline, Nicholas, and Charles Cote. Armand is also survived by sister Yvonne (Tom), brothers Ernest (Helen), Robert (Mathilda), Ray (Irene), Maurice (Angie), brother-in-law Allan Shaw (Marjorie) and many nieces and nephews. Armand grew up on a farm near Admiral, SK. He was very artistic and creative, and had a natural ability for fixing things. He also had an aptitude for numbers, his skills learned during his experience as a banker and with the Department of Indian Affairs. Special thanks to all the caregivers at CancerCare MB and Riverview Health Centre. There will be a private family service on Monday, March 3, 2009 to honour Armand.
