| LINDA MCKAY It is with great sadness that the family of Linda McKay announces her passing on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at the age of 61. Linda was predeceased by her mother and father Olaf and Wyatt Polson and brother Robert. She will be deeply missed by her husband Bob; sons, Rob and Rick (Megan), granddaughters Vanessa and Emily and grandson Demelash. Linda was born in Winnipeg on October 17, 1947. She grew up in Langruth and Neelin, MB and married Bob on August 13, 1966. They lived in Lac du Bonnet for 41 years. Linda was an artist and enjoyed sketching, painting and needlework. She was an avid gardener and loved spending time tending to her flowerbeds. Linda enjoyed spending time with family and friends, particularly her grandchildren. She had a great sense of humor which she shared with everyone she met. Linda was a great cook and loved to make jams, jellies and other preserves. Cremation and a private service have taken place.
