| EMILY THELMA OSINSKI It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Emily Thelma Osinski on May 7, 2009 at the Park Manor Personal Care Home at the age of 89 years. Emily is predeceased by her husband Stanley Ferdinand Osinski; and survived by her step-son Scott Osinski (Elinor); her two sisters Grace Nunn and Margaret Pearl Heppenstall; and numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Emily was born in Lundar, Manitoba and moved to Winnipeg where she met and married Stanley. Together they lived in Transcona where they raised Scott and cared for Stanley's mother. Stanley worked at the Canadian National Railway while Emily worked first at Eaton's and then at the Park Manor Personal Care Home until her retirement. The family sincerely appreciated the care that Emily received from the wonderful nurses and staff at Park Manor. Funeral service to be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 14 at the First Lutheran Church at 580 Victor Street, Winnipeg. Interment will follow at Transcona Cemetery.
