| WILLIAM (BILL) REMPEL Peacefully, William Bill Rempel passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2009 in the Calvary Place Personal Care Home in Winnipeg at the age of 91 years. He was predeceased his first wife Jessie, parents Bernard and Helen Rempel, brothers Edward and John, sister Sarah Frownfelter, brother-in-law Richard Frownfelter, brother-in-law Bernard Hildebrandt and stepson Bill. Bill will be lovingly remembered by his wife Mary of Winnipeg; stepdaughters, Susan Somerset, Carol Kreviazuk, Sharon Schoder and Dorothy Mills and their families; sister Helen Hildebrandt of Portage la Prairie, nieces, nephews and many friends. A time of viewing and visitation will be on Monday, June 15, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel led by Mr. Laurie Barth. Interment is to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Bill's memory to Union Gospel Mission, Post Office Box 1073 Station Main, Winnipeg, MB R3C 2X4.
