| MARY KIRKLAND March 23, 1913 July 5, 2009 Sadly, we announce the passing of our dearly beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on Sunday, July 5, 2009 at Middlechurch Home. Mary Kirkland died at the age of 96 years. She is survived by her children; Linda (John) Brisson, Robert (Alice) Kirkland, Sandra Reykdal (Michael Yuen), Karen (Don) VanDenDriesshe; 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandson; sister Edna Cummer, brother Garvin (Marge) Wiebe and many dear nieces, nephews and friends. Mom was predeceased by her husband John (1986), son-in-law Terry Reykdal (2008), parents George and Mary Wiebe, sisters Anne, Helen and Kay, brothers George, Ernie and Peter and many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Mom enjoyed life to the fullest, visiting with family and friends, gardening, sewing, dancing, traveling and beating all who dared to take her up on a game of Scrabble. A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 9, 2009 at Neil Bardal Inc., 3030 Notre Dame Avenue across from Brookside Cemetery. Viewing one hour prior to the service.
