TED ALBERT HALL On Saturday, September 26, 2009, Ted Hall's courageous battle with cancer ended at home with his family by his side. He was 62 years old. Ted will be deeply missed and forever loved by his wife Pat; son Gord (Jolene); daughter Tammi (Steven); father Francis; brothers Henry, Tracy (Janis) and David; grandchildren Dylan, Amanda, James and Noah and very special cousin Ruth (Ernie) along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Ted was predeceased by his mother Violet; brother Aaron and Grandma and Grandpa Hall. Ted was born on July 18, 1947 in Shell River, MB. He married Pat in 1980 and they settled in Petersfield, MB where he raised his family and was successful in various businesses. Although he had many adventures throughout his life, in the last few years he mostly enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and training Sadie, his mule, to pull the buggy around the farm. A celebration of Ted's life will be held on Friday, October 2 at 1:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, 309 Eveline Street, Selkirk, MB. Interment to follow at the St. George's Anglican Cemetery, Wakefield, MB (Hwy 9 between Clandeboye and Petersfield). Pallbearers will be Ernie Paul, Glenn Dyck, Ted Harms, Doug Noakes, Marcel Lemire and Bob Kukucka In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice in Ted's name.
