| NOE BEDARD Suddenly but peacefully, on Monday, January 4, 2010, Noé Bédard reached his journey's end at the age of 87. He was born in La Broquerie, MB on March 13, 1922 where he lived his entire life. Noé had a love for farming and did so until the age of 75. He enjoyed telling stories of his younger years. Visits from his children and grandchildren also made him very happy. Noé will be sadly missed by his wife of 62 years, Hélène (née Verrier); his children, Denise Beaudoin (Jacques Tessier), Doris (Danny Stelmack), Raymond (Linda Johnson), Anne (Alain Nadeau) and Albert (Monique née Poiron); his 22 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Noé also leaves three sisters, Angéline Grimard, Louise (Peter Dyck) and Marie Hughes. He was predeceased by parents, Hector and Léopoldine (Côté); brothers, Arcade, Alcibiade, Henri, Josephat, Arsène, his twin brother Léon and Elie; and sisters, Blandine and Elise. His grandchildren, Shelly Stelmack, Eric Bédard and great-grandson Dawson Nadeau will greet him in Heaven. Words cannot express how much Pépèrez meant to all of us. His weary days of pain, his troubled nights are passed; he has found rest at last. Cherished memories of him will always remain forever in our hearts because those we love remain with us. They are never more than a thought away. Thank you to the doctors and staff of the Ste. Anne Hospital and the Peritoneal Dialysis Unit of the St. Boniface Hospital for their care and compassion. Funeral services to be held at St. Joachim Roman Catholic Church in La Broquerie on Monday, January 11, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with viewing 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at the parish cemetery. Soudainement mais paisiblement, le lundi 4 janvier 2010, Noé Bédard a atteint la fin de son voyage à l'âge de 87 ans. Il est né à La Broquerie, MB le 13 mars 1922, où il a vécu toute sa vie. Noé avait un amour pour l'agriculture et l'a pratiqué jusqu'à l'âge de 75 ans. Il aimait beaucoup raconter des histoires de sa jeunesse. Les visites de ses enfants et petits-enfants aussi le rendait très heureux. Noé laisse dans le deuil son épouse de 62 ans, Hélène (née Verrier), ses enfants, Denise Beaudoin (Jacques Tessier), Doris (Danny Stelmack), Raymond (Linda Johnson), Anne (Alain Nadeau) et Albert (Monique née Poiron), 22 petits-enfants et 26 arrière-petits enfants. Noé laisse également trois soeurs, Angéline Grimard, Louise (Peter Dyck) et Marie Hughes. Ses petits-enfants Shelly Stelmack, Eric Bédard et arrière petit-fils Dawson Nadeau l'accueilleront au Ciel. Des mots ne peuvent exprimer ce que Pépèrez signifiait pour nous tous. Ses jours de douleurs, ses nuits troublées sont passés, ii a trouvé le repos. Les souvenirs de lui resteront toujours à jamais dans nos coeurs parce que ceux que nous aimons restes avec nous, ils ne sont jamais plus qu'une pensée de loin. Services funéraires auront lieu en l'église Saint Joachim de La Broquerie le lundi 11 janvier 2010 à 14h00 avec visionnement à 13h30.
