Born in Kreuzberg, Manitoba in 1917, name changed in 1918 to Fraserwood, Manitoba. Helen was the last member of a pioneer family that homesteaded in the area. Helen was predeceased by her loving husband, John in 1970, parents Peter and Malania Stachiw, sisters Mary Murawka and Lena Kalyniuk, six brothers Hryno, Mike, John, Jack, Harry and Bill, the entire family is now back together.
