RODRIGO ( RODRING) CRUZ SANTOS SR. September 19, 1932 - February 13, 2010 It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Rodrigo Santos at the Riverview Health Centre at the age of 77 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Engracia Santos, daughters and sons, Aida (Albert Tuazon), Josie (Francis de Grano), Celia (Alvin Ginez), Flory (Art Donimguez), Fer, Beth (Monching Mintac), Ding / Rod (Violy Santos) and Joel (Alona Gragera), grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother Nazario C. Santos, San Diego, California and sister Nene S. Parulan-Phils, relatives and friends. When he was young, Rodring loved to play softball, played harmonica, listened to instrumental music and old songs. Lamay/Viewing to be held on Thursday, February 18, 2010 and Friday, February 19, 2010 at the Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd., commencing at 6:00 p.m. and concluding at the request of the family. Prayer Vigil will be held on Friday February 19, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the Mosaic Funeral Chapel. Mass of the resurrection will be celebrated on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin Street. Reverend Father Francois Noaga Kola Celebrant. Pallbearers are Lennart, Boying, Jhun, Nandy, Jojo and Ernie. Cremation to follow after the Mass. Interment to follow in the Philippines. A special thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and staff at the Riverview Health Centre 3rd floor E-wing and the Health Sciences Centre GD4 for their compassion and care. The family would like to extend their gratitude to all of the families and friends who supported them during this time.
