| PHYLLIS LORENE SMITH (SPIERS) January 22, 1939 March 1, 2010 Peacefully on March 1, 2010 Lorene passed away at the age of 71. She was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Helen Spiers. Lorene is survived by her children, Tim Smith and Irene Juvshik (Al) and her grandchildren, Alex, James, Tamara, Jeff, Chris and Tim. She will also be missed by her sister Irene Heimbecker, her brother Jonathon Spiers and her nieces, Beth (Neil), Jayne (Dave) and Tracy (Pierre). Lorene was a kind and gentle person. She enjoyed the piano immensely although she hadn't played in recent years. Claire du Lune, the Warsaw Concerto and many pieces composed by Chopin were her favourites.
