| FLORENCE PEARL MARK (nee GARDNER) Peacefully, on Sunday, March 14, 2010, with her family at her side, Florence Mark, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, was chosen by the Angels to join God in Heaven. Florence is survived by her sons, Tom (Susan), Warren (Patti), Douglas (Tina) and daughter-in-law Imelda, along with grandchildren, Dan (Alina), Donna (Kyle), Melanie, Nigel, great-grandsons Quentin and Markus, and her former husband George (Terry) Mark. Her memory will also be cherished by her niece, Linda (John) Brant. She also leaves to mourn her passing, many friends who will miss her dearly. Florence will at last be reunited with her beloved parents as well as other predeceased family members who were dear to her. Throughout her life, Florence was a completely selfless person who would help anyone in need. It didn't matter to her if you were family, friend or stranger; she was willing to share everything she had with you. She was everyone's Guardian Angel. Florence donated to several charities and so in lieu of flowers we would ask that donations be made to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Winnipeg Humane Society in her memory. A celebration of Florence's life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 22, 2010 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., (south of the Royal Canadian Mint), with interment following the service.
