MARION PAMELA TRAPP (published on April 14, 2010)

MARION PAMELA TRAPP (nee MUNRO) The family of Marion Trapp is saddened to announce the sudden passing of our loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and grandmother on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the age of 64 years. Remaining to forever cherish Marion's memory are her husband Ervin; daughter Tracy son-in-law Todd Wright, their children Brayleigh and Spencer; daughter Marcy and son-in-law Bryan Lepine and their daughter Piper; mother Pamela Munro; mother-in-law Anne Trapp; brothers Ken (Sharon) Munro; Jim Munro; sisters Susan (Jeff) Walker, Sandra (Frank) Cipriani; brother-in-law Harold (Peggy) Trapp; as well as many nieces; nephews and their children. She was predeceased by her father, George Munro. Marion was born in Prince Albert, lived in Edmonton then moved to Winnipeg. She married Ervin in 1966 and spent her life raising her girls and looking after Erv. This included many years as a Girl Guide leader and a Curl Canada instructor and coach. In recent years Marion had been employed by The Knowledge Bureau, which afforded her the opportunity to travel and meet new people. She will be missed by her Horseshoe and Shuffleboard friends as well as the neighbourhood card players. The Pinawa Golf boys will certainly miss Marion's borscht, pickles and perogies. Her leisure time was spent cooking, entertaining, traveling and planting hundreds of flowers and vegetables at the camp . A Celebration of Marion's life will take place at a later date. We wish to thank our family and friends for all the love and support we have received during this time. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marion's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
