| EVELYN NEWLOVE (ROBSON) October 7, 1917 - December 10, 2009 FRED NEWLOVE SR. October 15, 1909 - October 15, 1995 After a long and productive life, Evelyn Newlove passed away with family by her side at Riverview Personal Care. Predeceased by her husband Fred Newlove Sr. who passed away October 15, 1995. Both Evelyn and Fred were born, raised and married in Saskatchewan and moved to Winnipeg shortly after their marriage. They lived in Charleswood where they raised their five children. When Fred retired in 1974 they moved to North Pender Island, BC. Survived by their children Fred (Nina), Phoebe (Bodo), Dorothy, Margie (Richard) and Tom (Ginette); grandchildren Nancy, Lindy, David, Ann, Louise, Rob, and Trish; great-grandchildren Svea, Linus, Becky, Emil, Erin, Malcolm, Jesse and Halley. Despite the tight budget Fred and Evelyn saw that their children never wanted for the necessities or for the camping trips in the tent. Their accomplishments were too many to mention, but to those who knew them there are numerous stories to be told. Family and family gatherings were always very important. A special thanks to those caregivers 2D Riverview Personal Care for the care that they gave Evelyn. A memorial service for both Evelyn and Fred will be held at Green Acres on April 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
