MARJORIE MCLEOD ROBERTSON Peacefully on April 17, 2010, Marjorie McLeod Robertson died in Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg at the age of 102 years, surrounded by loving and gentle care. Marjorie was the youngest daughter of Christina McLeod and John Beattie Robertson. She was born in Winnipeg and received her education in the public schools here. For many years she served as secretary to the President of Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting, at first in Winnipeg and later in Toronto. After retirement she moved with her sister Alice to Vancouver, BC and enjoyed a number of years there, also making a number of trips to such distant places as New Zealand, The Baltic and Great Britain. Music was always a great delight to her; she loved to sing and had a very sweet voice. Marjorie was predeceased by her parents, her two brothers, John and Glenn and her seven sisters, Ella, Mary, Grace, Ida, Jean and Alice Robertson and Edith Baragar.
