LUCIENNE EMOND (nee GREGOIRE) It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lucienne Emond on May 30, 2010 at the age of 91 years, at the Richmond Hospital in Vancouver, BC. Born in Lorette, Manitoba on April 12, 1919, she was predeceased by her husband Marcien in 1996 and by her parents, Alphonse Grégoire and Laura Trudeau. Left to cherish her memory are her eight children, Maurice (Viviane), Jeannette McDonald (Neil Anderson), Raymonde Grossman (Bill), Julie Benton (Gordon), Gilles (Louise), Jean (Estelle), Jocelyne Plamondon (Bruce), Roseline Malley (Kim) and her numerous grandchildren and great-grand-children. She will also be remembered by her siblings, Sr. Adrienne Grégoire, Josephine Bohemier, Jean-Baptiste Grégoire (Lina), Sr. Thérèse Grégoire, and Cécile Prairie (Edouard); as well as sisters-in-law, Agnès Laurin, Gilberte Garand, Léonie Damphousse (Jean); brothers-in-law, Yves Emond (Dee) and Louis Rey, as well as countless nieces and nephews. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at the St. Boniface Cathedral on Thursday, June 10 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place in the St. Boniface Cemetery, Archibald Street, following the mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lucienne's memory to a charity of one's choice. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements. 775-2220
