ERNEST (ROY) SHAW October 10, 1963 - June 9, 2010 It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Roy Shaw at the age of 46. He leaves to mourn his daughter Jen and grandson Conner Shaw; parents Grace and Ernie; sister Myrtle (Les) Craig; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Roy was predeceased by his wife Kathy; son Chris and sister Brenda. Roy was born in Winnipeg in 1963. He lived in Nova Scotia, Moose Jaw, Winnipeg and moved out to Woodlands for the remainder of his life. He went on to marry Kathy June 2, 1983. They had two precious children whom they adored. They were also very blessed when their grandson Conner arrived. Roy and Conner had a very special bond. He was a very hard working man, working various jobs and ending his life as a professional truck driver for the past 16 years, starting at TransX then moving onto Arnold Brothers for the past 10 years. Roy was a remarkable man and will be deeply and profoundly missed by his family, friends and everyone that had the honour of knowing him. The family would like to thank the staff at Stonewall Hospital for their help and support. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Love you forever and always our sweet baby boy. Love Mom and Dad Love you always and forever little brother. Love your big sister. You were more than my Dad, you were my best friend.
