ANNIE MAY MOTT (published on November 27, 2010)

ANNIE MAY MOTT March 8, 1923 - November 22, 2010 Annie (Nancy) passed away peacefully with family by her side. She was predeceased by her loving husband George in 1997. Annie will be lovingly remembered by her family, Gina (Dave) Brown, Susan (Peter) Brown, Maureen (John) Jessome, Nicky (Tony) Burton, Michelle Jessome, Johnny (Krista) Jessome and great-grandchildren. Nancy was born in England. She met her true love George in England during the Second World War, married, came to Canada as a War Bride and started their life in a little tiny house on McMillian, raising two daughters. Nancy lived a long happy life with her family. The family wishes to thank all the doctors and staff of Seven Oaks Hospital for their compassion and care during Mom's illness and passing. Special thank you to Dr. Fatoye for his attention to Mom's comfort and help through this difficult time. Our thanks and appreciation to all the staff, nurses, health care aides and volunteers of Fred Douglas Lodge that provided the wonderful care and friendship to Mom over the last years of her life. Private family burial has taken place. Mom is now peacefully resting with Dad, the love of her life. She will be missed by all of us and lovingly remembered as our little munchkin.
