MARGARET CUSSON (nee MOWAT) Margaret passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 25, 2010 at the Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre, at the age of 91. She will be missed and remembered by her daughter Helen Croy; her son Jules Cusson; seven grandchildren: Blaine, Dean, Nicole, Angie, Phillip, Joey, and Margaret; 13 grandchildren; her sister Marjorie Anderson; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Ann and James Mowat, and her sister Helen (Nellie) Collins. Margaret was born December 5, 1919 in Aberdeen, Scotland and came to Winnipeg with her parents in 1930. This was a difficult move for Margaret, she helped her mother make all of the adjustments. She missed all the aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents that she had been so close to. She left school at an early age to help out at home. Margaret always managed to get work. She made friends easily and was a respected employee. The family wishes to express sincere thanks to family and friends for their prayers and support. Thank you as well to the staff at the Health Sciences Centre and the Parkview Care Centre, with special thanks going to Kayla, Aggie and Marge. Your care, kindness, and compassion has been greatly appreciated. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 17, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, the Rev. Don Wilson will be presiding. A reception will follow after the interment. For those wishing to make a donation, please consider the CNIB, 1080 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, Mb.
