| DAVID REIMER David Reimer passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, September 5, 2011. He is survived by the love of his life, Esther for 58 years; children Bob (Trudy), Bill (Connie), Geraldine (Bob Dyck); eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by siblings Bert (Evelyn), Neil (Margaret), Alvin (Francis), and Irene (Howard Loewen). Dave, born August 23, 1931, grew up in the Morden area. He began his working career as a photographer and switched into the role as a teacher for 33 years in the River East School Division. He served the church community in a variety of ways and was happiest when helping and serving others. Dave loved to spend time at the family cottage. A memorial celebration of Dave's life will be held at McIvor Avenue MB Church, 200 McIvor Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, on Friday, September 9, 2011 at 3:29 p.m. We would like to thank Dr. Kuegle for his care over the years and the staff at Concordia Hospital 3rd floor for their compassionate care during the past month.
