NICK TKACHYK On this the 10th Anniversary of Nick Tkachyk's passing, we would like to pay tribute to an amazing man. Nick (Pa) was a passionate man. Passionate about his family, his wife Fern, his daughter Louise (Ron), his sons Norman (Jeanne), George (Diane), Ted (Linda), as well as his many grandchildren and great-grand- children. His love of music was his gift to his family and friends and entertained countless shut-ins and children in daycares. Nick was a man who was non-judgmental. He accepted people largely for what they were and for who they were. His spirit, his generosity, his warmth reached through to everyone and anyone who crossed his path. These people were all welcomed into his circle of friends. There are only a handful of people who come into your world and touch your life in such a unique fashion. Some are just flickers of light during a long life while others are consistent glows for years. Nick's memory lives on in the hearts and minds of those who were fortunate enough to have known him.
